January saw the RWA team launch their Team CPD initiative on the Aviva Development Zone online learning platform. The new service is designed to encourage our insurance broker learners to set a 2016 New Year Resolution to achieve and record a minimum 35 hours of Continuing Professional Development on the system.
As part of the free opt-in service, our learning community will receive regular CPD updates, tips, learning bites, feedback and personal support to help them achieve their CPD targets.
Professional and personal development is extremely important in insurance broking and thousands of our learners access the Development Zone on a regular basis to undertake their assessment and learning. We want to encourage our learners to be proud of their professional development and set a resolution to achieve 35 hours of recorded structured CPD this year. Like all New Year resolutions, it can be hard to maintain the momentum throughout the year, so this new service is designed to encourage, remind and assist learners to reach their professional goals.
We treat our Development Zone learner base as a community, and this positive initiative will help motivate our users to want to learn more about both professional and personal development, helping to raise standards across the industry.
